My husband went in and saw Nina who told him to take an over the counter medication so I went to the store to find it and couldn’t. Looked it up, is prescription only. My husband called and talked to Brittney who swore up and down it does exist and she was “looking at it online right now” so she insisted we call the pharmacy. No problem we go ahead and call just to have the pharmacist confirm it is a prescription only medication. Went to the walk in clinic on a Saturday because my pcp was not available. Told them I had a very badly infected ingrown toenail and need a rx for antibiotics. I was told there was no one at the clinic that could treat an ingrown toenail. WHAT? They told me i would need to go around the building to the ER. I said 'Its not an emergency, i just need an antibiotic'. Nope. They refused me. Had to go to the ER after all, which cost me a copay of $75 just to get a $4 prescription. What a joke this place is.
