Doctor and staff were.completely attentive and cared.
Barely felt the needle stick! The lady at the registration desk was the greatest!❤️
The man (not security) who was working near the sign-in kiosk (he was behind glass, at a desk) offered help (not needed but appreciated). He was courteous and engaged. I really appreciated that! Later he dropped into the lab waiting room. Nice guy, tall, African American, good at his job. Also the tech who drew blood gave me a brochure with QR code so I could access IU Portal. That was new! Good staff, and everything was easy to access and streamlined.
The doctor wasn’t as experienced or knowledgeable based off the question I asked. Secondly, he informed me the blood work didn’t matter but ordered blood work on me. I felt very uncomfortable and wasn’t certain that my diagnosis were faked or I was lying. I don’t like to be gaslit by doctors. He sent my stress level very high and I couldn’t sleep peacefully after that experience.
