I was referred to this location for carpal tunnel consult by my primary doctor roughly 2 months ago. I received a Twistle message to assist with the scheduling of said appointment. I was confirmed for 09/28/2026 at 8:30 a.m. On the morning of 09/28/2026 I arrived for appointment as scheduled and was told I was not on the calendar for Dr. Anthony J. Archual. Friendly and efficient knowledge staff
You may have to call back a few times to get someone that can assist over the phone regarding appointments. I asked to be transfered she stated that she could not transfer me. I asked for a phone number stated she did not have a phone number (not all places can transfer to all phone numbers is why I asked) She said back if I had a phone number I could trasnfer okay no need for the attitude. then I asked for an email and she said she cannot transfer me. I highly recommend this office. I saw Dr Ramsey he was kind professional and personal. He spent plenty of time with me answering my numerous questions. I never felt rushed throughout the visit. From the time I walked into the office until the time I left each person I encountered was kind and helpful.
