I really enjoyed my experience. Staff were friendly and helpful and my phlebotomist was fantastic. Someone immediately offered to assist when she noticed I was having trouble with the kiosk. My nurse Constantin was very friendly and efficient with my blood draw, which is no easy task as I have difficult veins. Really easy experience for someone who was nervous to go.
While the staff is very nice most of the time, I have recently had problems the last few visits with taking my grandma there and wanted other to be aware. You now have to fill out the forms yourself, they don't help you. They expected my grandma to fill it out. She's 91 and has never had a computer so I had to do it. It is good that I am taking her now because she would not have been able to do it on her own. The next issue was when she had to do a urine test.
