Kind and helpful. The number of patients per staff has certainly increased. Plus, there is the interesting mix of patients with appointments and those without; I have been both. In today’s challenging health care setting, I find the staff doing their best while remaining kind and helpful.
I had a similar experience to another commenter, but opposite excuse. I check in to the lab in person. I tracked being moved up to the front of the line on the monitor. Then I kept finding people slotted in in front of me while I slipped to #2, even to #3, in line , before slowly moving up again. It is definitely not worth showing up during busy times because your wait is not just based on when you sign in and get in the queue. There's some other arbitrary decisions being made by lab staff who call in people out of sequence.... read more
I usually just walk in and they are able to take me back within 15-20 minutes. The lab staff is friendly.
The lab workers are great but don't bother making an appointment. Unless there were three people had appointments before me they ignored mine and made me wait half an hour.
Took care of me quickly. no complaints.
