WORST DOCTORS OFFICE. You can never get in for an appointment, and when you do it’s 1-2 months out and when I talk to people on the phone there they are always rude. Also, I went to Alice Bruggeman one time for an appointment and never again because she was so rude and judgmental. The only one that was nice and actually listened to me and made me feel comfortable was Kerri Torres but now she’s gone.
This office has gone so far downhill. I have to constantly call and speak to a staff member regarding my case because they never follow back up with me or return my calls. Then I’m made to feel like I’m being a bother. They have sent in the wrong medication to my pharmacy two times now and I’ve had to call the pharmacy both times to have that corrected. When asked to submit an appeal for me I was assured it would be done that day, followed up on my own TEN days later to find out it was never submitted. My INSURANCE company l... read more
