I had the worst time even trying to schedule an appt here. I finally reached a human after playing phone tag for over a week & got my appt scheduled. But, when I got my “Upcoming Appt” text, it was for a DIFFERENT TIME than what was scheduled over the phone! (A time that I could NOT attend).
