Everyone in this office…doctors, nurses, schedulers are friendly and helpful. You can tell the team enjoys working together by the smiling interactions with each other and the patients.
The office has lost several providers recently. Although I am fine working with the PA, getting an appointment with a MD is months out.
Everyone is always absolutely awesome! If I have to visit a doctor, IU West or Eagle Highland are my favorites, always! Thank you for all the people that are working there!
Dr. Pollom always listens to my concerns and asks questions to clarify. His office staff are courteous and efficient at all times. I wish Dr. Pollom happiness in his retirement.
