Staff was nice. 3-hour visit bill was 17,000 dollars. National average for complete treatment is only 10k.... and we are 4th cheapest state. How do they charge people over $5600 an hour? Mind you, this is just the facility bill, surgeon, and anesthesiologist bills, still pending.
We found the staff to be very non-attentive did not listen to any of our requests and did not care about family requests or patient requests. My wife went in for a colonoscopy and we explained that she needed help getting dressed and undressed because of a problems with her legs. They said we're going to take her back and we're going to go through the stuff and get ready and will let you know when you can come back. To my surprise when I went back they had taken her to the room. She had to get undressed and changed by hersel... read more
