Great job for patients.
The medical care at this facility is good but the follow-up billing process is archaic. Seven times I have contacted Monticello Emergency Care LLC, the billing agent for the physicians at Emergency room and they have yet to properly bill my insurance agency. My insurance company has contacted them with instructions. The last time I offered the fax number for my insurance company and was told it could not be used because that was not part of the process and that they would restart the billing process.
