Horrible experience being seen by Cheryl. Unbelievable that I have to pay money to receive advice worse than what I would get googling "otc ear infection prevention." The physical exam was about as thorough as a walk in visit at CVS. I was given virtually no options (one of the two seems to have zero research supporting efficacy), my concerns were dismissed, and even when I directly asked for ANYTHING to rule out underlying issues causing infections I was told there was absolutely nothing, except maybe a hearing test that sh... read more
Took months did everything they asked done nose spray for around 3 months so far they said I need a CT to make sure my sinus is not causing the problem and then instead of doc a receptionist calls and says there is no way sinus is the problem so continue to do the nose pray for another month and if I still have the ear problems call back!!!! Make that make since !!!!!
The communication and scheduling is non existent. Post op medicine was not ordered and very difficult to get touch with someone following surgery. Post op appt has not been scheduled and it's been 3 1/2 weeks since surgery. You are not able to speak to a nurse and have to leave messages. The referral number on the message sends you to operating hours hotline. Scheduling tells you they are working on it and still no call after 1 week. This is for a very young pediatric patient. Dr. Paul Johnson was easy to get in to see and he was very thorough during my examination. He was friendly and very helpful in taking the time explaining things so that I understand everything and that there wasn’t any confusion. He never made me feel rushed, which I always appreciate. I know doctors are busy but if you heard people through like cattle then you tend to miss important information about them and Dr. Johnson definitely doesn’t do that. If you’re looking for a ENT I would highly recommend him!
