Here’s a WOW moment for ya!!! This office apparently canceled an appointment with my daughter who is pregnant and has a liver disorder. However, they neglected to tell her that her appointment was canceled and let her drive an hour and a half for an appointment that apparently no longer existed!!!! How’s that for a WOW moment!!! Good job IU! NOT!
