Black lady that withdraws blood by the receptionist desk is very rude. Dr Wu doesn’t have bed side manners! Try to fine a good place because I think management is not good at all to be treating Cancer patients!
Head nurse Julie has the personality of a tree branch. Very rude, sat and talked bad about the front office staff in front of patients. She said the front office was very "sneaky". Rest of the staff was great, but this lady should not be in charge of a dead tree stump. Horrible personality, even made a call to an oxygen delivery place, and chewed them out because the driver accidentally got into her grass with his van tires. Extremely unprofessional experience. The head nurse enforced so-called “policies” that could not be produced when asked. Rules were inconsistent and appeared to be made up on the spot, with no transparency or accountability. The treatment was unfair and uncomfortable. Leadership needs to seriously address how staff are managed at this location
Friendly staff! Always takes longer to be seen by my doctor than I'd like but overall, it's still always a good experience.
