This place does not care about people at all. I was refused care for a HUGE open wound in my groin area. I have a wound vac and a literal 33 centimeter long, 18 centimeter wide open wound and iu health is unwilling to change my dressing 3 times a week. Absolutely pathetic. You people that work here and call yourselves healthcare workers should all be ashamed of yourselves.

I thought quite a bit before posting this review mainly as a serious warning to anyone dealing with non-healing wounds in Bloomington. I have been dealing with venous issues and wound care for 30 years so I know exactly how these treatments should go but this facility completely failed me. In just three weeks my pinhole ulcers grew to 2.5 inches across because they ignored a worsening infection.
