This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The doctor told me he was sending my prescription and then never did. And the customer service is terrible. They made me wait there for hours for no reason and then failed at everything.
I had a very bad diarrhea this weekend so bad and painful that I have to come to ER for two consecutive days. The first day experience is OK and not too many problems. However, the second day experience really pissed me off. The doctor who was responsible for my discharge paper just told me that if I had any diarrhea problem, just stay home and don’t come ER because, she said, ER is not designed for this thing. I said OK can you have my discharge paper stapled? She said no. I asked her why, she said because she said no. I as... read more
Terrible place to go, terrible staff. The whole lot needs to be fired. Incompetent, not calling back with test results when they said they would. No follow ups, nothing. They treat you like a sick animal and could care less about their patients. They need state funding to be pulled. They also had 0 doctors for ANY patients and only had nurses available. TRASH TRASH TRASH!
This Hospital is a joke. Now the nurses and front desk people were very nice, so I'll give them that, but the amount if time you have to wait is insane. I came in with horrible stomach pain, I had passed out this morning and hit my head on my concrete wall. I had super bad nausea, loss of appetite, felt like throwing up,, and was even struggling just to drink water. After 4 hours in the waiting room they finally took me in.
