Front desk of ER workers were very pleasant and nice. Low abdominal pain moderate was my issue. Waited about an hour and a half before being taken back for vitals (reasonable). Then back to waiting room for 20-30 minutes. In eval room, had a PA-C, he was very nice and listened well. I requested a CT scan because of my history of diverticulosis and he was very agreeable which I appreciated. Radiology staff were Nice. ER Nurses were nice but not very present during my time there. If negative stars was an option, that would be my choice. I was seen for an ER visit in January of 2024, and was not notified of a bill until over a year later. I have been dealing with a bill and the billing department from IU health for months. Multiple phone calls promising me they are going to take the balance off, and I got a notification this morning that there is still a balance.
