The staff i encountered was probably the dumbest set of educated I've ever met. Doordash orders were prioritized before patients THEN heres the kicker...after waiting in the ER waiting room from 9pm until 3:30 am A patient who believed they had a broken finger had maybe been waiting an hour to be seen,was called back for treatment.......I went in for what could be sepsis and was left to cry on a couch for over 8 hours. This is the worst place I’ve ever been to. The doctor told me he was sending my prescription and then never did. And the customer service is terrible. They made me wait there for hours for no reason and then failed at everything.
I had a very bad diarrhea this weekend so bad and painful that I have to come to ER for two consecutive days. The first day experience is OK and not too many problems. However, the second day experience really pissed me off. The doctor who was responsible for my discharge paper just told me that if I had any diarrhea problem, just stay home and don’t come ER because, she said, ER is not designed for this thing.
