Dr. Stewart and his staff are very professional but makes the patient feel as if they are very important to them. The wait was maybe five minutes, if that, and follow-up to my questions was done so in a timely manner.
While IU’s system leaves something wanting, and no office is perfect, this office is full of people who care about the individuals who make up their community.

If you’re going to an IU Health Blackford doctor, be sure not to be even 3 minutes late — they won’t see you. I’ve had to wait for them multiple times, but they wouldn’t give me an extra 3 minutes. Whose impetuous decision is this? I have never been treated this way anywhere before. It’s certainly not a healthcare system I feel comfortable returning to.
