I think this is my only review on google at all. I was just there with my girlfriend because she has had a 100 degree+ fever and coughing and drainage for the past 2-3 days. The very first question the “doctor” asked her was if she’s had a fever at all and they just took her temperature at 100.5! The “doctor” then explained that it could be treated with medicine but wasn’t bad enough because all of her tests came back negative, and to come back next week if she feels worse. I needed medical care and the receptionist dishonestly said they were closed even though they officially were not supposed to be - either she did not want to do her job or this place closes up early, which is NOT what patrons need in an urgent care clinic. I needed help and they would not provide it.
Change your hours. Been turned away 3 times in a week. 1st time was 15 minutes before close so that's fair. 2nd time was over 2 hours til close and 3rd was 1.5 hours. Going to end up in the ER. Update: had to go to ER for treatment. Recently tried the walk in again and was told the stabbing pain in my ribs couldn't have anything to do with my organs. Heather checked me out, very professional and helping, the I saw Anne Hammett, NP and she was excellent also. It all started with the receptionist who Is a very pleasant person. I fail to understand all the negative reviews and thought I'd give my view.
