I’m not sure who to get in contact with, but I think it was the lady with scheduling, was about as rude as you can get.
The Doctors and Nurse Practitioner are great. Beware of the office staff. They are not very helpful or friendly.
Because I don't live in Muncie, I get turned away for care. Thats ok tho, I wouldn't want to be seen by an office that doesn't care about people.
