The office staff are absolutely horrid. The office manager, Vanessa is mean and hateful and likes to threaten people and lie to/about them. Jessica Williams DO is a holistic doctor which no one tells you until she refuses to give needed medications. If you have the guts to advocate for yourself or your children they will "dismiss" you.
