2nd degree burns on majority of both arms. They could not schedule an appointment for over 2 weeks out.
I waited more than half an hour past my scheduled appointment while others who arrived later were pulled back. This is standard care for IU, and is why I never go there. I have to go pick up my child, so I'm opened up to more infection and less chance of healing without a scar all because somebody can't manage their appointment book.
