I'm currently unable to take time off from my new job, so I drove 30 minutes from Monticello to try to be seen after work. I arrived at 4:47 p.m., but I was informed that patients aren’t accepted within 15 minutes of closing, despite the clinic closing at 5 p.m. and other patients still being treated. Clearer communication of this policy on the website would help prevent situations like this.

Unfortunately I can't wear a mask. I had no choice but go to the clinic because I needed some antibiotics. I did my best to hold up a handkerchief by my face. I was treated so horribly! The lady at the window was short and rude eventhough I tried to explain why I can't wear a mask. I was told to wait in my car for a call and I did. I waited a hour and a half to only have a doctor video chat with me! She didn't care about my situation with the mask issue and she was rude and short with me!
