Only come here as a last resort. Came in at 4:02 pm with a 103� fever just to get told they are “full” for the day. Only two people sitting in the lobby, and to top it all off, I call twice before 4 pm to make sure I could come in and get treated only to get sent to voicemail both times. Definitely need to update their policy online to include a cutoff time for the clinic.
Thought I’d save some gas and time and go here instead of Lafayette. Was turned away at 2:00 because they were full. I understand they can only help so many people, but I looked on the website and tried to call before I came. The number is just to schedulers who couldn’t tell me anything. I wasted money on gas and time I didn’t have to find out I needed to go somewhere else for care because there was no way to verify if it was available. Please improve your system. I will not be back unless you do

I'm currently unable to take time off from my new job, so I drove 30 minutes from Monticello to try to be seen after work. I arrived at 4:47 p.m., but I was informed that patients aren’t accepted within 15 minutes of closing, despite the clinic closing at 5 p.m. and other patients still being treated. Clearer communication of this policy on the website would help prevent situations like this.
