The receptionist and medtech were both welcoming and pleasant. The ARNP was friendly, thorough, and efficient.
Listen to me and addressed all my issues. I am so grateful . Its been 10 years since I have seen a good primary. I thank God everyday for both doctors I have seen at IU they have changed my life in so many ways. Thank you
I feel that my doctor and nurse practitioner both listen closely to what I am telling them and responding in a way I am comfortable with. I feel seen and heard and taken seriously.
The clinic doesn’t close at 5pm, like they state. Make sure to arrive prior to 3:30pm or they will turn you away. I suggest changing your hours to reflect this so people are aware. Basically they are only open to see new patients until 3:30-3:45pm
