Dr Igor Tubin is a caring physician who cares and listens to patients.
Always have had a great experience at IU Arnett Hospital. Nurses and Drs. are top notch.
Nothing to do with provider. My appointment was at 3. Was told to come a half hour early which would have been 2:30.. Then I was told that there were shutdowns on 65. In total I received 4 messages about this appointment. So I passed all messages on to my driver who said we should leave early since there may be delays. It normally takes about 11/2 hours to get to hospital . It did indeed take us some longer but we arrived at .2:10 I went to check in and was told I could not.
