After an amazing first appointment and the hope of finally finding some relief for my pain, I’m extremely disappointed by the experience I had today. On my way to the appointment, I was involved in a minor car accident. I called 30 minutes before my scheduled time to inform the office that I was still 45 minutes away. Just had a hip replacement surgery by Dr Seymour. The doctor is extremely professional, polite, pleasant. Took his time to explain everything in detail. Maintain close contact after the surgery, visited me on a floor, I was getting several texts a day, recovering at home, where the office explained what should I do and questions about my condition. We experienced wonderful care from all involved including front desk staff, nurses, aides, physicians, anesthesiologist etc… thank you to each person that had a hand in my sons care and surgery
