The care I received in the ER was top-notch. The issues I went in for were diagnosed accurately and remedied with effective treatment and kind concern. I felt the doctors asked the right questions, worked well together to arrive at solutions, and their knowledge was outstanding. Their steps were explained to me along the way. The nurses were, most importantly, competent, but also kind and caring throughout my stay.
The young gentleman checking people in is extremely rude. What happened to hi hello how are you? Replace this guy with someone happy for goodness sake. This dude hates his job. Go work in a factory where you don’t have to deal with people.
Unfortunately the patient care was not good at all at this hospital. There was zero communication between doctors, nurses and other staff. We felt more of a burden to all the staff rather than being taken care of.
