This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. This is not the first time that staff have been rude to customers. Their lack of professionalism and respect is very disappointing.
Today I went to Ittadi Restaurant on Jacksonheights. Due to heavy traffic, it took me about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there. When I arrived, the food was okay overall, but the ilish fish was very disappointing. What made the experience worse was the customer service. My bill came to around $302.the service charges was 15%.I offered to pay $220 in cash and the remaining balance by card, but they refused.
