So bummed to be writing this review. I had such high hopes and this place is adorable with so much potential. Unfortunately it is filthy. I wish I had taken more photos but by the third or fourth photo I was so grossed out I just wanted to get out of there. It truly looked like it had not been cleaned in months. My nanny brought my daughter here and when asking the worker whose daughter hit my daughter numerous times for the owners number she gave an attitude to my nanny. This is absolutely absurd I requested a refund from the worker and asked for the owners number she still hasn’t given it to my nanny.. if you are the owner please reach out to me! Thanks! I understand the whole bring your child to work with you, but this absolutely awful for a business. We will not be back!
We had our son’s 2nd birthday here and it was perfect! Great spot for a kids party and the staff was amazing! The party ended with a dance party and the kids loved it. We will definitely be booking again!
I had a 4 yr old birthday party just recently at the Itsy Bitsy Zone for my son. I will say I couldn’t be more pleased with everything about it! We had Kayla helping us, she was absolutely nothing short of amazing!! So helpful, so wonderfully nice, and hands on in every way! She made our son’s day so special!
