Booked today to have my daughters apartment bedrooms cleaned when she moves out. Website gives you a $39/room option. Chose this and picked 2 rooms. Followed step by step for the booking and my grand total was 39+39+tax. Well under $100 (about $83). Within about 30min I get a text message that "there will be a $20 service fee plus tax for your appointment."
