He submit a quote and I approved as is. On day of his schedule , he asked reschedule to next. Then upon his arrival he changed his mind by demanding double initial quote and raised his voice for nothing. As I did not accept his new price pretending upset and left my property without service. I would not approach his service surely. Alternative is available.
He did a great job. The carpets are clean and he got tough dog stains out. The house smells better and we are very pleased with his professionalism and service. We will be using him for our carpet cleaning needs in the future.
The owner, Bandorian hospitality went a long way. He recommended EXACTLY what I needed. He took extra care in my home. He is a true professional. I will ALWAYS use him above the rest!!!

We have had our carpets cleaned by other local cleaners and they DO NOT come close to the outstanding attention to detail and quality of work. We will only use IT'sSTRAIGHT for future cleaning.
