My husband needed his watch repaired as well as his gold Cuban link bracelet. Ari, the shop owner, fixed the problem quickly and with such care. You can tell Ari truly takes pride in his craft. Ari is incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and to top it all off, I got to meet his sweet girl Ginger, the sweetest assistant who made the whole visit even more special. It’s rare to find service this personal and thoughtful these days. We highly recommend!
He was able to repair my watch that I have had for over 35 years. It needed a capacitor and was a lot less expensive than sending it to Seiko.
