Ari was great - as soon as I inquired about needing a repair for my necklace he said come on in and helped me fix it on the spot. He is a creative genius because this same pendant has been repaired 3 times by other jewelers and the wire wrap is a bit tough to maneuver but he had all the tools and knew exactly what to do and repaired it better than any other shop and no glue needed! Ari is by far thee BEST around! And his sweet dog. I brought my wedding ring in to get sized over a year ago and it had 2 missing chip diamonds on the band. He did it free of charge for me! He is a true man of his word. His jewelry is 100% and his prices are the best around even when he isn't feeling generous. I can't wait until my next upgrade, I'm going to take advantage of his 'custom make your own ring'. Highly Recommended
