Jennifer did a beautiful job on my parents' anniversary cake! She worked with me to ensure that the cake was vegan and gluten free. On top of that, it was delicious. Highly recommend It's the Sweet Things!
Amazing bakery ! Was kind, excited and showed passion for the cake idea for my daughter’s 16th birthday. Multiple other shops in town said they couldn’t promise our cake order even though it was a month in advance but Sweet Things were delighted to do business together and I really appreciated that. Sweet Things never disappoints. I've special-ordered multiple vegan cakes and cupcakes and each time, they're perfect and delicious. We can always find something yummy and vegan in the case. The owner is a true master pastry chef and is so warm, cheerful and friendly each time we connect. Highly recommend for both cafe and special orders.
They were super great to me when I came in to pick up the cake, and the vibes were immaculate. Just two women blasting Shania Twain decorating cakes when I came in. The cake was super cute! My only complaint is it was realllly dry. I came to them after getting tired of getting dry cakes from pure bliss. Ordered a half dozen chocolate cupcakes with the peanut butter mousse frosting for a 50th birthday and they were the bomb! Not too sweet, generous in size and the flavor combination was well thought out and perfectly balanced. Moist! Not dry at all. They were delicious both chilled and after they set out.
