I called yesterday afternoon and at 9:30 am this morning Reid and JP showed up to what was supposed to be an easy fix and they were able to locate a pipe issue in the wall in between the joices from my basement ceiling and correct the problem and now the upstairs toilet issue is resolved and they also replaced my garage leaky faucet. Thanks so much for the great work Dan
