good for veg-heads and non The sweet potato fries are excellent and the desserts are so yummy. I discovered this place a couple of years back and still love it, even though I'm not vegetarian or vegan.
Interesting Ok I live with a vegan who went ga ga over the menu at It's Only Natural. He was presented with so many choices from appetizers to desserts he was absolutely beside himself and loved everything he tried. They used to have a pasta and vegetable dish that was great for those of us who do not have a vegan palate sadly, they removed it from the menu. The vegan desserts from cookies to the chocolate silk pie were great for vegans and non vegans alike
Fresh It's only Natural Restaurant is conveniently located in the Main Street Market, and there is a parking area behind the building- though it is often full. The food is very fresh and good, but he menu is a bit limited. I would recommend for a nice lunch.
