Had a great experience with Its On Electric for our home EV charger installation. Our tech, James, was professional, showed up on time, and clearly explained the panel capacity and permit requirements. The install was clean and the pricing was fair. What stood out most is that the whole process is online. They have proper scheduling tools and kept me updated by SMS and email the whole way through, so there was no chasing them for updates. Highly recommend.

Great communication from Charlotte - prompt, clear!! Vern went a little above and beyond in his service.

James installed Hydro Home Hub to our EV charger and upgraded our NEMA 14-50 outlet. He ensured everything was done to code, installed neatly and cleaned up after the job was complete.

The service person came on time. He was friendly and did excellent professional work. James also appealed to my ego by responding to my attempts at humour.
