Really happy with the service overall. The technician who came out was on time, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They took a few minutes to explain what the issue was and what they’d be doing to fix it, which I really appreciated. They didn’t rush the job and made sure everything was properly covered before leaving. It all felt straightforward and professional.
