ITS used to be a reliable and professional broker, but they’ve turned into a predatory operation. You can’t count on getting the rate you agreed on—somehow they always find a way to cut it down. Once that happens, they stop picking up calls and ignore your emails. It’s now standard practice for them to squeeze the smaller carriers. Tavion and others like him wait until you’ve submitted the BOL, then deduct whatever amount they feel like from the rate confirmation.
