One of the most disappointing brokers I’ve dealt with. They argue over even the smallest amounts and set a very low standard for the industry. I was given only $100 for a two-day layover, and they misrepresented the delivery date as Monday when it was actually Wednesday, which I confirmed directly with the customer.

One of the most frustrating brokers I’ve worked with. They dispute even minor amounts and reflect a very low standard in the industry. I was compensated just $100 for a two-day layover, and they inaccurately presented the delivery as scheduled for Monday, when in reality it was Wednesday—as I verified directly with the customer. The broker name is Fernando Arriola. Don't work with him or any other ITS brokers. Stay safe from these guys. The carriers watch out, the market is in our favor now

load number 4485215, while we are booking the load broker didn't mention anything regarding Driver assist and i send email to broker while we are at the delivery and i told him we need compensation for driver assist, and he confirmed will give to us, after we delivered the load he don't want send to us and don't want answer on emails or call, so so so bad experience broker name Mitchell Helms
