If I had read these reviews prior to taking a load for ITS logistics, I would probably not have taken the load for them. Rohan McGawn & Dax Martinez is the brokers on my load. They gave us a hazmat shipment that they lied about to us. They kept my driver at the receiver all day with no detention. My driver purchased a few things for the load and we have not been reimbursed. Rohan and Dax have now blocked my number, not responding to emails are not picking up any phone calls. To bad service for live unloading for containers
Great people. This company has great employees. Load my trailer with warp speed. 10mph zone and the reason is cars are parked within the outside warehouse.
Their dispatcher lied to me about a load. Someone did not pickup the load on time and then he sold me the load, never mentioned any of it. In fact he sold the load as ready now, straigh through delivery. Driver was told at shipping that we will be a work in maybe even tomorrow. When told the broker about it, he said have your driver be patient and wait. We cant do that of course. He is refusing to pay TONU. Joshua Clements is the broker, who lied and failed to pay. Its time liers get out of this industry.
