Went to get my side light fixed for $250 for them to turn around and tell me I need a whole new light control module when before I gave it to them lights worked fine!! Except for one right side light!!, ended up with no lights at all and out of $250 dollars 😔not even half a refund and Eddie was riding my scooter without my permission!! When I need something done for my PEV I always come to Its Electric Chicago. Their prices are reasonable, staff are very friendly, cool environment, and they are very knowledgeable. Luis and his team are very helpful, friendly, and even honest. I have had a motor swap, a wheel rebuild, flats fixed, tire swaps, and purchased a scooter and Electric Unicycles. Took my money to fix a side board light and ended up with no lights at all and outta $250, no refund or nothing,Eddie charges for everything and even told me he rode my scooter! Just to check it out 🤔I only had one 1️⃣ light out and now luis is telling me my whole scooter is going bad🧐but I never had a problem until I went to them !!
