BEST PLACE THAT GOT MY GOTRAX RIVAL SCOOTER BREAK FIXED!!!!!!! Im tots definitely getting my scooter fixed here if I need it!!!!!! ^_^ The owner was also very friendly!! I appreciate his concern and willingness to share some information for the scooter!!!!!!! Its Electric chicago is by far the best place to go to for e-bikes. They where able to replace my controller and display via Frankenstein. Witch to my underatanding is one of the hardest things to do. I would like to say thanks to the team.For there hard work. One problem i did run into with the bike is that for some reason cruise control does not seem to work anymore it worked before i took my bike into the shop but now it does not i tried to fix it in the PO settings but it still does not work any suggestions? but other th... read more

Drove from Desmoines, and these guys got us in fast. They were thorough and even showed us a manufacturer defect for our warranty. They even 3D print cool logos! Very cool shop, will be coming back!!
