Really poor service. Careless and unresponsive.
The condos where I live have used It's Done for a couple of years for snow removal and lawn mowing. The work has been consistently shoddy. Their employees seem more concerned with getting it done as fast as possible, with little interest in doing it well. Recently, they mowed the grass and caused deep gouges throughout the entire lawn, which runs most of a block N/S and a full block E/W. Our first experience with Mike and his crew, and it has been an excellent experience. Prompt service with exceptional results. Looking forward to having them do more work in the future.
Collect $ that doesn't belong to them and then after giving their word to return it, never do. Don't response to eMails nor give updates.
