I recently took a CPR class with Searri and was delighted at her passion for instructing me, and the time she took to ensure I was comfortable with what a I learned. Searri is very professional and has a thorough knowledge of the subject. I feel confident that if I were ever to need to use these important life-saving information and techniques, I am now equipped to do so because of Searri and her patient, genuine way of instructing me.
I am a medical/clinical professional and I have been taking my certification courses from Searri and her late mother for many years. I have taken courses from other instructors, but I have found that other instructors either rush through the material to get through the course quickly, or bore you until you tune them out. I attended a class recently at the Lewisville location with Searri, and felt very uncomfortable a majority of the time. Within moments of everyone's arrival Searri felt it appropriate to share the dramatic tale of her parents' passing, which left her in tears. What a HORRIBLE experience with Searri O'Neail today. Not the first time I meet her, which makes it more surprising to me. Frist of all, she moved o a new suite and neglected to mention at the time I booked my session on the phone. So when I arrived, I walk towards the place where she had been before, just to find out not only she's not there anymore, but the suite # doesn't follow the order.
