Picked up an order of 3 drinks. Got down the street & realized one drink had a crack in the cup & had leaked all over the bottom of the bag. Went back to have the drink remade & the girl working made a comment as I was walking out the door "make sure it doesn't tip over". The comment wasn't necessary & she shouldn't be trying to blame me when they gave me a cracked cup.
I really wanted to like this place, I really did. I came in during soft opening week, and the cashier already seemed completely done with her job. I've been here about 6 times so far, and the drinks are always a hit or miss. Sometimes it's flavored water and mushy balls, other times it tastes amazing. The service tho...I've tried to be super friendly and tip each time I come in, I get how rough food service and retail can be, but the cashiers are always rude and abrupt and act completely over it. I think this is my 7th or 8th time I've been here and I've had a similar experience basically everytime. The boba itself isn't bad, it's actually pretty decent but the terminals of self ordering are right at the front door. So when you want to enter, someone is standing right there ordering on the self order screen, which wouldn't be that bad if the staff didn't actively try to ignore you when you're at the register wanting to order. on top of all that the drinks are a good bit more expensive than other boba places with the ... read more
