Thanks to Paula. Her patience and expertise my Daughter found 'The One'. This lady is real. Listens and brings a variety taking into consideration the style and budget stated. Highly recommend her.
Very patient and very polite
We had a wonderful experience at Its Bliss yesterday. The staff were all so helpful. They couldn't do enough for my daughter when she went in to choose her prom dress. I love the policy they have of only selling one of each design per school, to try and avoid girls showing up in the same dress. They even supported my daughter in her decision to go try on a dress she had seen elsewhere and couldn't get out of her head, before she made her final decision. Of course we returned to Its Bliss! These girls were amazing from helping me pick my dress right up to finishing my alterations … nothing was too much trouble . I felt like a princess in my dress I can’t recommend this shop enough I’m so happy I chose them for my big day
I had a really great experience at Its Bliss. Although I didn’t find ‘the one’, I felt very at ease here and in expert hands. There were lots of lovely dresses at very reasonable prices (less than £1k). It was the first shop I tried dresses on at and I’m very glad of this as it really helped me understand what I was and wasn’t looking for in a dress, in a safe and comfortable environment where I could try lots of different options and ask lots of questions.
