Beautiful products, terrible customer service! I sent an email... no response. I couldn't get a call through either. When I spoke in person to the sales representative about a product I had bought from them that needs to be repaired she did not give me anyone to get in touch with.

We bought a piece of Honeycomb Calcite today Sunday Oct. 6th from a sweet lovely lady with a love for dogs. Thank You so much for being so nice to us and our dog Piper. We will cherish our purchase from this store. It is so worth stopping in and look forward to our next visit to Fredericksburg to buy more pieces of Calcite.
