Dripped off my son’s watch for a battery change, and the salesman said it would take 20 minutes, which seems long, since that was no one else there. After walking around the mall for 10 minutes, we returned expecting the salesman to be done. Instead, he was gone, and the kiosk was vacant. Twenty minutes later, he finally returns and gives us the watch. $27 dollars for a battery seems high. Although his sign listed all major credit card, he only wanted VISA or MC, and then his machine “didn’t work.” Would not go here again.

Charged $35 for battery replacement. I'm sure he said $25. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt, but, think that's way overpriced. I recommend getting your price on paper and checking nearby jewellers before handing over your time piece.

I was charged $13 for a pin/bar for the band of my watch. The repair was incorrect. When I came back with the pin that was the wrong size, I waited ten minutes while the repair man was on the phone before being acknowledged, only to be told there were no refunds and it would be half of an hour more. I waited only to be given a watch back with the same problem, a pin that was too short. Good luck.
