Scam. Negative Credit reporting for services that were prepaid for that I never received.
I pre paid for two packages. Now, they say they do not have an aesthetician to perform the services. They are not returning my call now. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!
I love the Dallas location, but have been very disappointed with the communication with Corporate regarding a billing error that is not resolved for the last 2 months. I have gone to this company, and brought/sent and paid for, many friends since January 2023. In the past when a refund was needed, I would notify them - then I would receive an EMail with a refund receipt - and then the amount would eventually credit back to my card. Horrible, horrible customer service when trying to cancel my membership. Was charged for 3 months after I requested to cancel with no mention of an email that had to be sent to a specific address. I have emailed corporate with no response. I have disputed the charges with my credit card company but am in wait and see mode as what this company request I do...well it has not worked.
