At first the service was great. I got my botox completed on 3/8/25 and a pricing for coolsculpting. They had a B1G1 special that needed to be purchased that day for the deal. I had been looking into coolsculpting and been on consultations at other clinics to compare. I was appall to come in for my appointment and the nurse who was to do the botox for me, refused to provide the service for me, This was the first time I had ever been here and she even had me apply for a credit line with Cherry and I got approved for $3,000.00 and Caroline the nurse told me it would not do me any good to get the Botox, when I have been getting Botox before. I initial went to a treatment for filler and was not overly impressed with the results or technicians knowledge of the process. At that visit I was talked into purchasing three treatments - a pkg discount offer. I went back for the first PRP and should have just left. The technician was very incompetent and the result was dark bruising that lasted for several weeks rather than the one week or less she advertised. Do NOT go here unless you want to be taken advantage of financially. The person who administered my dysport is a nurse at the West Village location . She lied to me by telling me minimum amount she can inject in one area is 5 units. The syringes used are TB syringe needles. The smallest amount is 1 unit. I told her I did not want to look fake.
