Magical Maggi : ) Every time I walk into the bakery I am Wowed not only by the smells of fresh baked goodies but also of the talent shown in Maggi's work! It's great to have found a specialty bakery where the staff has such knowledge and talent. She has had the same girls working there for some time now who are very friendly and also great at what they do. Like other specialty bakeries in the area they do require you to order early but that's understandable with the kind of work they do. I've never been disappointed!!
Love the cakes but the customer service is off-putting... I bought cakes three times this year from Maggi's and I experienced poor customer service every time. The owner herself, Maggi, never acknowledged my presence each time I came in to order and pick up my cakes, the staff were not friendly at all and I always left feeling stupid for ordering from an establishment with such poor customer service.
Always Incredible! I've been ordering cakes and sending clients to Maggi for over 6 years now and the cakes are always beautiful and perfect. The entire staff is very friendly and always go out of their way to make sure everything is just right! Very reasonably priced and always incredible, you'll never go wrong when you order from It's a Piece of Cake!
