We searched for a while for a contractor, when we came across “It’s a Masterpiece Tile and stone”! Rick Thorne, Contractor, was everything we had hoped for. He is super friendly, professional, easy to talk through things, and answers any and all questions! IAM installed our basement shower. Rick Thorne was incredible to work with. We had some issues including some strange issues like settling that was not related to their work. Rick worked hard to make sure we were happy and delivered a beautiful shower. We had guests coming before the shower glass could be delivered and he came over with shower curtains and rods that he put up so our guest could use the shower before it was completed. Every interaction with him he went above and beyond.
Rick is a great person to work with! He itemizes everything ahead of time and was 1/3 price of other quotes I had and able to do everything that I wanted! Was happy I used him!
We hired Rick and crew for what was not a very big job; we needed a shower retiled in our master bathroom. We are very pleased with the results! They were professional, responsive, prompt (mostly, except for happy circumstances like new babies!), and very careful of our property.
