Lori Collins , cut my hair and gapped it bad cut it way to short now I can't do anything with it except cut it shorter and I don't want that at all. !!!! Ask for my money back they refused !!!!! I went to Roots first on Washington to see if they could even up my neck line and they were training, I showed her how long it was and that I couldn't even it up, so they saw how long it was and than Lori cut it this short and I told her not to go above my ear lobes and she did than gapped it trying to fix it. !!!!!
