Done deal car wash sucks I would never use them again
Great Car Wash – I live in the Heights and have never had issues with using my credit card. Those reporting could very well be their competition. They are very friendly and do a great job washing our cars. Love the free Wi-Fi so I can get things done while they wash my car. Will happily continue to use them.
Excellent service!!! – I was kind of skeptical about this place after reading the reviews but I still gave them a chance. Im glad I did, the service was great and the workers are friendly. Andy, the manager, was very nice and helpful. My car looked like new. I was surprised about their negative reviews, but come to find out they are under new ownership. I recommend you stop by and talk to Andy, he will take care of you in any way he can.
CHARGED TOO MUCH! – These people are a scam! They overcharged my card too! My car wash was $15. I clearly remember signing my credit card receipt for $15 and put cash in the tip jar! The cashier even saw me put money in. When I called to correct the matter, they told me that when they run the batch they automatically include tip eventhough I tipped in cash! Someone else had filled in the tip amount! These people are thieves! I used to think they were great until they stole from me too.
Overcharged my credit card! – When I dropped off my small SUV for a car wash and wax, I asked if it was going to cost $45 and I was told "yes". When I picked up the car, my credit card was run for $50. I told the cashier that the price should be $45, and he gave me $5 cash. Then, when I received my credit card statement, it was for $60! Too bad, because my car looked good, but I can't go back to a place that is going to steal from me.
Pride in their Service – The owners are present and involved in quality control. Every automoblie is treated to a full service.
Great Service at a Great Price – Fast car wash and friendly staff. Car was immaculate and the inside was awesome too. Highly recommended.
