Really hated the experience with this company. Had to file 2 claims in 4 years and the encompass company dropped me and Sydney didnt even inform me. Has no problem communicating through email when she is trying to get a new policy started but didn’t email me and say my coverage was cancelled. Had a bad storm tear up roof again and I am not covered. Never knew my policy was cancelled. I have to pay for damages out of pocket now.
