Horrible experience and customer service. They will tell you one thing on the phone and then ignore and take your money. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them
We were very disappointed with our stay at our property but beyond the property I am even more disappointed in the company renting the property. Upon arriving to the house we came across a handful of small issues that I could try to look past and just be mindful that we wouldn’t stay here again but unfortunately we ended up having a major issue the was not handled properly. She and Bart are AMAZING! They have been managing my property since 2020 and I GREATLY value their help. They are always on top of things. Whenever issues arise, they provide quick solutions. This makes managing a rental property extremely easy. I basically can sit back and let them do it all. Would HIGHLY recommend!
Can't recommend Bart and Sue from iTrip enough! They are true property management professionals and make my life as the homeowner so easy. They are very easy to deal with, responsive and detail oriented.
We have been using iTrip Vacations Florida Firts Coast (JAX) for several year now to manage my short term rentals (STRs) and have been EXTREMELY PLEASED with them. They have gone over and above to help decorate the STR. Additionally they handle guest concerns quickly and the cleanup afterthe guests check out is quick and they do a great job. I highly recommend them!!!!
