She and Bart are AMAZING! They have been managing my property since 2020 and I GREATLY value their help. They are always on top of things. Whenever issues arise, they provide quick solutions. This makes managing a rental property extremely easy. I basically can sit back and let them do it all. Would HIGHLY recommend!
Can't recommend Bart and Sue from iTrip enough! They are true property management professionals and make my life as the homeowner so easy. They are very easy to deal with, responsive and detail oriented.
We have been using iTrip Vacations Florida Firts Coast (JAX) for several year now to manage my short term rentals (STRs) and have been EXTREMELY PLEASED with them. They have gone over and above to help decorate the STR. Additionally they handle guest concerns quickly and the cleanup afterthe guests check out is quick and they do a great job. I highly recommend them!!!!
I love the Jax Beach Gem! It's close to the ocean on a quiet street. It's comfortable and cozy and if you have multiple families you all can stay at the same house, but in different vacay stays; Gem 1, 2 or 3. Walking distance to great restaurants, quaint stores and coffee shops. I would definitely recommend this place if you are going to the Jacksonville Beach area.
Sue and Bart take care of everything so our investment property is essentially hands free for us. They communicate to us when something is needed, handle all of the cleaning and scheduling, and the system that we login to is user friendly and has all of the information we need at our fingertips. We would highly recommend them to manage your property, or even if you are looking for a short term or vacation rental.
