We rented an air bnb in Pensacola, FL from Itrip. The living room furniture was completely unusable so we couldn’t sit in the living room. Because of this, we left a week early. Itrip neither tried to solve the issue nor offered a partial refund. So we lost that money.

Horrible experience upon arrival. Had agreed with iTrip to set thermostat to 68 (otherwise it would have been set to 72 to 76). Upon arrival, thermostat and inside temperature was 78. Front entrance was littered by trash. Inside foyer had dead bug laying on the tile floor. Refrigerator had a good 1/2 inch of dust on top. Hair was protruding from one bathroom drain. The icing on the case was the dead lizard and trash behind the nightstand/headboard.
