iTrip has provided great property management services for our home on Oak Island. We would definitely recommend their services to anyone just purchasing a short term vacation rental or for anyone thinking about switching from one of the other local companies. It is well worth the management fees to have their team handling any issues that come up. We could not have done it ourselves, especially living out of town.

Quiet area, great wide beaches, fishing pier, light house, and variety of restaurants. Kokos by pier great food and ocean views.
