We’ve been using iTRIP to manage our condo on Oak Island for several years now. They are so efficient, great at communicating and really take great care of our place. They inspect the condo before each check in to ensure cleanliness and all is in order. Would highly recommend using iTRIP to manage your property ! Best management company on Oak Island.
We've been with iTrip Oak Island for 3 years. They communicate very well and allow us to participate as well as make decisions regarding our STR beach property. However, when there is poor weather or emergencies, they are quick to respond and take care of our home. I can't recommend them enough and we're looking forward to our 4th summer with Itrip!
I have been with two other property management companies and now with Itrip. Itrip has done an AMAZING job caring for our home, while increasing bookings due to superior services to our renters. They truly understand the balance of services and have taken a lot of stress off us as a homeowner while increasing profit. They are always very responsive. HIGHLY recommended!
We have been using Itrip for the past 3 years to manage our condo Seas the Oak'asion. Being new to the rental market we weren't sure what to expect. But after interviewing with other PM companies on the island, Itrip became and easy choice. We have been so pleased with personalized service that James, Rebecca, Hugh and the rest of the team has given us as owners and our guests. We can't say enough good things about them. We would never use any other company or trust anyone else to care for our investment and our guests.
What a great group of people. Hugh, Rebecca, James, Sean, Lisa, Tiff. Everyone. Administratively, very sound. Never an issue. Always responsive. Really solid in terms of communication.
